R&D department is established in 2011 and upgraded to a technology center in 2018, which has been recognized as Tangshan City Enterprise Technology Center, Tangshan City Special Carbon Graphite Material Technology Innovation Center, Hebei Province Industrial Enterprise R&D Institution Grade A, Hebei Province Enterprise Technology Center, and Hebei Province Graphite Material Engineering Technology Innovation Center. The center has 1,787 square meters of scientific research and office space, including 665 square meters of test space and 1,122 square meters of office space; at the same time, it cooperates with North China University of Science and Technology, Hefei University of Technology, Shijiazhuang University of Railway and other colleges and universities to promote technological innovation.
The center consists of a number of research laboratories, each section has clear responsibilities, division of labor, with good R & D conditions and R & D atmosphere; around the friction materials, carbon-based electrodes, graphite materials for military industry and other key common technologies to carry out research, undertake municipal scientific and technological projects, to fill the gaps in the domestic field; the drafting of industry standards, is the leader of technological innovation; recycling of resources, to achieve energy saving and carbon reduction, for the R & D and innovation of the enterprise to provide Technical support. Up to now, the company has 47 patents, including 10 invention patents.
